Dancing building is a performance that combines dance and technology in a show on an architectural scale. The group formed by the company D’Clik together with the choreographer Victoria P.Miranda, dance with one of the buildings that make up the Centro de Arte y Tecnología de Zaragoza Etopia, interacting with its LED façade that responds with electronic forms when in contact with its surface. The work, as an interactive installation, has been created by placing a series of vibration sensors on the glass that forms one of the façades of the building. These sensors are listened to by an audiovisual system programmed to interpret the inputs, generating graphic forms and sound through computerised oscillators. The result is an experimental action that forms part of the dance and new media laboratory of the Trayectos Festival, dance in urban landscapes.
